Founded in 2013 by Rafael Aurum, Aurum Coach grew from a personal experience of transformation. After 15 years as an executive at multinational firms across the United States, Europe, and Latin America, Rafael chose to dedicate his life to doing for others what great mentors had done for him: revealing the potential already present in every leader.
The Aurum Method was developed over 12 years of intensive practice, integrating ontological coaching, applied neuroscience, positive psychology, and systemic leadership frameworks. It is not theory — it is the result of 1,800+ coaching engagements with real executives in real-world contexts.
